Hunter Renfrow

It took a few games for the rookie to get his feet wet, but he has burst on to the scene in the last few games. In the last three weeks, Renfrow has caught 14 of 16 targets for 184 yards and two touchdowns, one of which was a game-winner. The Clemson product is emerging as the number two wide receiver behind Tyrell Williams and Sunday is another opportunity for the young wideout to separate himself from the pack.

Not only is the Bengals defensive backfield lacking in the talent department, but the unit is also banged up as a whole. Starting Cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick hasn’t played since week six and slot corner Darqueze Denard returned from his second injury of the season last week.

Denard was the team’s starter a year ago, but with his injuries, the Bengals have turned to B.W. Webb at nickel back. Webb is playing on his sixth team in as many years and this year he is surrendering 12.1 yards per target and a passer rating of 117.9 in coverage. The Raiders have been waiting for a second wide receiver to step up and Renfrow has a chance to show the coaching staff that their patience has paid off.
