Despite the Oakland Raiders showing significant improvement, they still need to do some work this coming  NFL draft to ensure long-term success.

As the Oakland Raiders continue on with their 2019 season, it has become very apparent what this team’s strengths and weaknesses are. And when you look at many of the recent mock drafts, you can see there is almost a consensus of what precisely the Raiders should address with coming April.

Multiple receivers have been mocked to Oakland in an attempt to stretch the field for a team that is severely lacking explosive plays. And on defense, all three levels of that unit have been looked at by draft analysts as areas to improve upon.

The Raiders seem destined to pick in the teens to the early 20s with both of their first picks, so they are in a sweet spot to get impact players. There are always a couple of players that drop based on position or the needs of teams in the top 10.

And that is exactly what happens in this week’s mock draft roundup.
