Denver Broncos

The score read 20-0 by halftime, and it looked like this game was very much in the books. Only you couldn’t have made a better plot twist, as it was the Broncos up by 20 points, on the road, against the Vikings.

Either the Broncos were fooling everyone or the Vikings finally came to play, regardless in the second half, everything went back to normal, as Kirk Cousins’ three touchdown passes and a Dalvin Cook rushing touchdown gave Minnesota the 27-23 comeback victory. Down 20-0, no team had come back to win the game, going 0-99, but the Vikings broke that streak against the Broncos in this one.

Next. Maxx Crosby continues to show growing potential. dark

A 20-0 halftime lead blown by Denver and the loss drops the Broncos to 3-7, good for dead last in the AFC West. Next up for the Broncos is an east coast road trip as Denver travels for an AFC East matchup with the 7-3 Buffalo Bills.
