After being rolled by the New York Jets 34-3, the Oakland Raiders are now out of a playoff position at 6-5. Here is the stock report from Sunday’s blowout.

Last week against the winless Cincinnati Bengals was supposed to be the trap game, but in reality it was this week against the New York Jets. Optimism surrounded the team as they entered this game against the lowly Jets, now all that remains is a sullen feeling of despair as the team no longer sits in a playoff spot.

The Jets came out firing against the Raiders and landed a clean blow right to the chin of the Silver and Black. The silenced those believing this team is of playoff caliber and wiped the floor with the Raiders, laughing them out of the MetLife Stadium.

Nobody, and I mean nobody on the Raiders is absolved of blame for this one. It was a complete team effort, or lack thereof. Sure, it was an early start in the eastern time zone with rain coming down. But there are no excuses for Sunday’s performance and I am sure Jon Gruden will let the team know that. It was surely a pretty long flight home.

Based on the final score it is probably self-explanatory who will wind up in the studs category and who will wind as a dud, but let’s start it off with the studs from the embarrassing loss in the Big Apple.
