Playoff Run

Let’s be honest, the last 20 years of the franchise have been absolutely terrible at times. The Silver and Black have made it to the postseason four times and were rarely a threat to even make it since the turn of the millennium.

Typically this time of year, Oakland’s fans are more concerned with who the team’s draft picks will be rather than their next opponent, however, this year is different. The Raiders are tied with the Steelers for the last AFC Wild Card spot and have an opportunity to share the division lead with a win in Kansas City this week.

Of course, fans want to see the team get the job done and play some games in January and February, but this season is some of the best football Raider Nation has seen in some time. Regardless of the outcome, fans should be happy with the growth the team has shown and the direction of the organization moving forward.
