Raiders will rush for 200 yards

The Raiders have one of the best rushing attacks in the NFL, and the Chiefs have one of the worst defenses against the run. The Chiefs have not had success when playing teams with powerful rushing attacks, and in their four losses, they have given up an average of 179 rushing yards per game and a total of seven touchdowns.

In order to capitalize on this, the Raiders must pound the rock early and often. In the last meeting, the Raiders rushed for 129 yards, as rookie Josh Jacobs rushed for 99 yards on 12 carries for an 8.25 yard average

The Raiders must get Jacobs more carries to be successful in this one, as it will also help keep Patrick Mahomes and this explosive Chiefs offense off the field. In addition to Jacobs, the Raiders must utilize DeAndre Washington, who has also had some success running the ball this season.

In focusing on riding the strength of the team, which is the powerful offensive line and the run game, it will give head coach Jon Gruden the chance to mix in more playaction passes, which will also help keep the defense honest.
