The Oakland Raiders head into Kansas City in a must-win game against the division-rival Chiefs with a piece of first place in the AFC West on the line.

The Oakland Raiders were riding high the last few weeks, heading into a Week 12 game against the New York Jets on a three-game win streak. Unfortunately for Oakland, they fell victim to the “trap game,” and were dominated by New York in the most disappointing game of the season.

If the Raiders want to keep their playoff hopes alive, they are going to need to do something they haven’t done in a long time, defeat the Kansas City Chiefs inside Arrowhead Stadium. Derek Carr has never won a game in Arrowhead, he struggles in cold weather, and the team is coming off their worst performance of the season.

The odds are stacked against the Raiders in this game, but if there is one thing we have learned in recent weeks, it is that anything can happen on any given Sunday. The Raiders are going to have to be well prepared for this matchup, but surprising everyone is something the Raiders have done all season long.

Let us take a look at this crucial AFC West matchup in Week 13 of the 2019 NFL season.
