Teams have figured the Chiefs out

This is not the same Kansas City Chiefs team that looked unbeatable last year. In fact, it is just a shell of what we saw last year. The high-powered offense is no more, as teams have figured out ways to slow Mahomes and Tyreek Hill down.

The Raiders defense looked horrible last week, but we cannot act like the Jets have not been putting up those type of numbers often as of late. Don’t expect the Raiders to shut down the Chiefs, but do not be surprised if they hold them to around 24 points.

If the Raiders pass rush can get going early, the Raiders will set themselves up to win the game. Gruden has shown that he can gameplan against some of the best teams in the NFL, and he has surely been preparing extra for this game.

This has the potential to be a marquee win for this Raiders team, and for Gruden, an exclamation point on the team’s final season in Oakland.
