The Raiders franchise is in a much better position than they were a year ago, but they still have some work to do as they head to Las Vegas. Here are some players to replace.

The Oakland Raiders have created a much better roster than most anticipated, but there are still holes that need to be filled before heading to Las Vegas. The Raiders 2019 NFL Draft class was outstanding, and the addition of Trent Brown and Richie Incognito have solidified the Raiders offensive line.

Heading into their Week 13 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, the Raiders currently sit at 6-5 and are hopeful for a playoff spot. However, som things have been holding them back from reaching their full potential, and that was shown against the New York Jets, who they were supposed to beat, but lost to 34-3 in Week 12.

Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden have done a great job of building this roster from top to bottom, and with a ton of cap space and draft equity, they should be able to fill any holes they need. Let’s take a look at some of the players who need to be replaced in 2020.

This does not mean these players will necessarily need to be released or traded, but they will not hold the same spot they do now on the depth chart.
