The Raiders have suffered back to back devastating losses in the last two weeks, with 30+ point losses to the New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs. The narrative of the Raiders season has quickly shifted from Jon Gruden and Derek Carr finally connecting and leading this team in the right direction, to looking to find Derek Carr’s replacement and giving up on the season completely.
Luckily for the Raiders, the narrative that the media creates does not matter, and the team is still in a position to make it into the playoffs. The Raiders sit at 6-6, one game behind for the Wild Card in a very tight AFC.
