Denzelle Good

This signing will be very important, especially if the Raiders chose to move on from either Gabe Jackson or Richie Incognito. Incognito is a free agent, so if Oakland doesn’t want him, they’re not tied down by any sort of cap hit.

When it comes to Gabe Jackson, he signed a 5-year/$55M contract in 2017, but only the first three years are fully guaranteed. That means if the Raiders wanted to cut Gabe Jackson after the 2019 season, they would not owe him anything and would not take a dead cap hit.

If the Raiders wanted to move on from Gabe or Richie, they’d need to resign Denzelle Good. Even if Oakland kept both Guards, Good is a really good backup Guard. So it would be the smart thing to do. He is only 28 years old and would sign for around $2M a year.
