5 UFAs the Oakland Raiders should bring back in 2020

Richie Incognito
Some said he was too old. Others said he’d lose his mind and end up getting into a fight with Vontaze Burfict, but we knew he would be a solid contributor to the Raiders offensive line. He has been that and more.
Incognito, 36 has been one of the best offensive linemen for this Raiders unit. Some say he is a pro bowler this season and I believe they are correct.
Not only does he have the 3rd highest PFF pass-blocking grade among guards, but his one sack and zero QB hits through 12 games ranks him as one of the top Guards.
Oh yeah, his run blocking has been off the charts as well.
Although Richie Incognito has individually had a great year, the biggest benefit the Raiders have gained from signing Richie is helping Kolton Miller turn into the nasty tackle they need. Head coach Jon Gruden has already been on the record saying he would like Incognito to play another 3-4 years in the Silver and Black.
Incognito is currently making $1M a year. The Raiders will have two options when it comes to Incognito, they could give him a 2-year deal, worth roughly $3-6M a year, or sign him to a short one year deal worth roughly $8M. Either way, he will be worth it.
