Benson Mayowa

One of the more underrated players on this defense, Benson Mayowa has been a huge steal. He has eight sacks on a super limited snap count, where he averages around 15 snaps per game during the 2019 NFL season.

He was signed earlier this year to a one year deal worth $3M. His play has well exceeded his contract. If the Raiders feel confident in Maxx Crosby, Clelin Ferrell and Arden Key, they could move on, but the smart decision will be to bring back Mayowa.

Mayowa has come into Oakland and played with a team-first attitude, and you have to believe his tireless work ethic has paid off in the eyes of the younger players on the team. The bottom line is, this is a Raiders pass rush that is much improved over last season, and Mayowa is certainly a big reason why.
