The Oakland Raiders were the lone winless team within the division on Sunday, as the Kansas City Chiefs officially clinched the AFC West. Here is the week that was for the division.

The Oakland Raiders needed more than a few things to go their way in order to vault back into contending for the division title, among them a victory against the Tenessee Titans on Sunday. Unfortunately, the Raiders were the lone team to come up empty on Sunday, as the remaining three in the AFC West all notched victories in Week 14.

For the Kansas City Chiefs, their victory, compiled with the Raiders loss, officially clinched the division. Meanwhile, the Denver Broncos became the heroes of social media after pulling off a dominant upset over the Houston Texans. For good measure, the Los Angeles Chargers got back to their winning ways in dominant fashion over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Oakland Raiders were on the outside looking in as their divisional rivals all picked up wins, but that is by no means a rationale to throw away the rest of the season.
