With the offseason only a few weeks away, the Oakland Raiders will be turning their focus to the draft very soon.

The Oakland Raiders were smacked around at home by the Tennessee Titans this Sunday, and the holes on this roster are becoming more evident by the weeks. Once sitting in playoff contention, the Raiders have lost three straight, and the fan base is already looking towards the 2020 NFL Draft.

So despite winning more games already than most expected, there is still a ton of work to do before this can be a team expected to seriously compete. Luckily, the Raiders have done well to accumulate draft picks for 2020, including another two first-rounders. And with five picks in the top 100, Oakland is in an excellent position to have back-to-back, excellent rookie classes.

So, where do they go first?

If the last draft proved anything, it’s that Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock trust their evaluations and will take the player they want regardless of what media say. So trying to predict their intentions could be a frivolous exercise, but who cares it’s fun.
