14. Tee Higgins – Wide Receiver, Clemson

The lack of production from the wide receiver position has been well documented, but luckily for Oakland, this draft class is deep with receiver talent. It will really depend on what style of pass catcher the Raiders want, but given their track record with Clemson, Tee Higgins would be a logical pick.

Higgins has been one of the best deep threats in college football this season, averaging 20.9 yards per catch. He isn’t blessed with blazing speed like a Henry Ruggs, but at 6’4, he is a long strider with great body control and contested catch ability. Higgins is also very productive in the run after catch situations with his great agility in the open field.

The Raiders are dying for someone who can provide big-plays, and the Clemson wideout could definitely be the answer. Higgins has also shown this season he can line up and play multiple positions so that flexibility is just another plus.
