5 Oakland Raiders who are fighting for their future with the team

With three games remaining on the schedule, there are a handful of Oakland Raiders on the hot seat. Their future with the team could depend on how they finish the year.

While mathematically they are still ‘in the hunt’, the Oakland Raiders are virtually out of the playoff discussion with Sunday’s loss. With the postseason out of the question, the focus of the organization will be on how to improve for next year.

For some players and coaches that means the next three games will be crucial to their future with the Raiders. As the team transitions to Las Vegas, there is a lot to be excited about, including two more first round picks next April.

Whether its poor performance, an expensive contract, or a combination of both, there are a handful of people within the organization who should be feeling some extra pressure in the coming weeks. It’s hard to overcome an entire year of lackluster performances but finishing the year a high note could go a long way.
