Dud: Paul Guenther

In the last three games, the Oakland Raiders have given up a total of 116 points, 102 of those points came as a casualty from the defensive unit. In the loss to the Titans, the Raiders surrendered 161 yard on the ground and another 391 through the air.

The common theme that was evident in this game was that while the Raiders certainly do not have the defensive personnel to be successful, be it due to availability, injuries or suspensions. In addition, defensive coordinator Paul Guenther has failed to make the necessary adjustments to allow his unit to be in a better position to make a play.

Derrick Henry ran effortlessly while Ryan Tannehill was able to distribute the ball to 10 different receivers as he successfully dissected the field on his way to a 42-21 victory. Guenther was brought here to bring stability to the defensive side of the ball, but all he has done is make the fan base hope his tenure ends sooner than later.
