The Oakland Raiders will play their final home game in the Bay Area this Sunday, and they should come away with a resounding victory.

The Kansas City Chiefs locked up the AFC West this past weekend, as they took care of business on the road against the New England Patriots. The only other AFC West team with an outside shot at making the playoffs is the Oakland Raiders, who will play their final home game in the Bay Area on Sunday.

Here are our predictions for Week 15 in the AFC West.

Minnesota Vikings at Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers actually showed up for their matchup this past weekend, as they put 45 points on the Jacksonville Jaguars. While the victory was nice, it won’t last very long, as they face an entirely more talented team in the Minnesota Vikings in Week 15.

Minnesota put the clamps down on Detroit this past weekend, allowing only seven points, and while Los Angeles should do better than that, the Vikings will go West and win this game on Sunday. Kirk Cousins and Dalvin Cook will prove to be too much for the Chargers defense, and the Vikings secondary will pick off Philip Rivers twice.

Prediction: Vikings 24, Chargers 20
