Pick 14- Henry Ruggs III- WR- Alabama

The Raiders find their new wide receiver one, as well as their speedy deep threat that the team lacks. If the Raiders are ever going to be able to find out if Derek Carr is their guy, they need to add a reliable, dangerous weapon to the wide receiver group.

Ruggs may be the fastest wide receiver in college football, and Jon Gruden will love using him. Mike Mayock dipped into the Alabama talent pool in the first round in 2019, and it would not be a big shock if he once again grabbed a member of the Crimson Tide next April.

Pick 18- Kenneth Murray- LB- Oklahoma

The Raiders have lacked a great linebacker for years, and if Isaiah Simmons is gone, Kenneth Murray from Oklahoma may be the next best thing. Murray’s athleticism makes him the complete package at linebacker, as he can play inside, or out.

Murray can cover his zone, has the speed to cover tight ends and some receivers on crossing routes, and can tackle as well as anyone in the draft. The Raiders cannot afford to pass on a linebacker in the first round in 2020, so whether it is Simmons or Murray, you have to think the fan base would be happy with either one.
