In the last home game of the season, the Oakland Raiders face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Raiders x-factors must perform well to give Bay Area fans a proper send-off.

With the playoffs out of the question, the Oakland Raiders are playing for pride as they finish off the year. However, this week is the team’s most important game left on the schedule as it will be the last time the organization takes the field in Oakland. For many years Bay Area fans have shown their support so its important that the Raiders x-factors have a big day and leave the state on a high note.

While the Silver and Black haven’t exactly been playing well as of late, the Jacksonville Jaguars have hit a rough patch as well. The Jags have lost five in a row and haven’t been competitive as their average margin of loss is 23.4 points in those contests. In other words, this is a perfect bounce-back game for Oakland.

The rest of the NFL might consider this game meaningless but for the Raiders and their local fans, it’s huge. Emotions will be running high and every player on the team should get a boost from the hometown crowd. Now the question is, will that boost be enough?
