Raider Nation

Very rarely do professional sports teams change locations. Even the Raiders, who will be tied with the Rams for the most relocations in the NFL, have called Oakland their home for the last 25 years of their second stint with the city. The rarity of the situation is what makes Sunday’s game so special.

Many people, including myself, have made lots of memories at the Coliseum and it will certainly be an emotional send-off. From the Black Hole to the nosebleeds, everyone in the stadium needs to channel that emotion and passion into positive momentum for the team. Although, Raider Nation rarely has a problem doing so.

As they’ve shown for the majority of the year, Gruden and the players understand the magnitude of the last season and game in Oakland. For one reason or another, this will be some fans’ last chance to watch their favorite team play in person.

Everyone who is planning on attending, come early, tailgate, soak in the atmosphere, and scream your head off…trust me, it will make a difference this weekend.
