Josh Jacobs will have a career day

After a week of rest to help recover from a fractured shoulder suffered in the Week 7 loss to the Green Bay Packers and a clear MRI, Josh Jacobs has been cleared to play and all signs point to Jacobs playing Sunday. While the Raiders may look to limit Jacob’s snap count for preservation of the young star, look for Jacobs to successfully find open holes and eat up large areas of the field.

If there is any way that Jacobs can go, he will be in the lineup, as he was shown overcome with emotions after being told he could not go last week. This is a kid who has come in and become a perfect fit in the Silver and Black, and it would only be right that he takes on more leap into the Black Hole on Sunday.

The Jaguars are entering the game with the 31st ranked rushing defense, having given up more than 1,800 yards on the ground this season. In the final game in front of the home crowd of the Oakland Coliseum, we should expect a strong performance by Jacobs further cementing his name in the lead for Offensive Rookie of the Year honors. Look for Jacobs to have a successful day, especially in the red zone.
