Although the Raiders drafted a pair of solid pass rushers last year, they still need a lot of help. The Raiders may not find another Maxx Crosby late in the draft like last year, but they are going to try their best to make it happen.

As Ferrell and Crosby are athletic with good bend, Jennings is a more physical end with a big strong build.  Not only will Jennings be able to power through defensive tackles, but he is great in stopping the run, as well. Although he is a stronger type of pass rusher, he still excels in the hand fighting department, not allowing lineman to get inside of him.

As well as his physical attributes, he will come into the NFL already well-coached, something the Raiders proved they look for in the draft last year. Jennings comes from a winning team and culture, just like his former teammate Josh Jacobs.
