Three Stars

1. Hunter Renfrow

Whenever starting quarterback Derek Carr needed a wide receiver to make a play on Sunday, there was rookie Hunter Renfrow, who went over 100 yards in the game. Renfrow got the party started for the Raiders with a 56-yard touchdown, and also had a handful of big first downs on third down. Him returning to the offense made all the difference in Week 16.

2. Derek Carr

Under major scrutiny the last few weeks, veteran Derek Carr stood tall all game long, playing nearly perfect football with the season on the line. Carr threw for nearly 300 yards in the game, ran and threw for a touchdown, and carried the load with star running back Josh Jacobs out due to the shoulder injury.

3. DeAndre Washington

Stepping in for the injured Josh Jacobs, DeAndre Washington was a star at running back for the Raiders in this one, rushing the ball hard all game long, and helping take some pressure off of Derek Carr. Washington rushed for 85 yards on 23 carries, while finding the end zone once, playing his best game of the season by far.
