The Oakland Raiders have given the fans some high moments in 2019, but 2020 could set the table for sustained success if some key issues are addressed.

Growing up, a majority of us as kids would have a wish list of things we wanted for Christmas, and if you were lucky, those items would be waiting for you under the tree on Christmas morning. Sitting here on Christmas morning, the attention is turned towards the Raiders, who will be leaving the Bay Area for Las Vegas in 2020.

As Raiders fans, I’m sure many of us have wished for better success than what the team has produced since 2002, and this weekend we could be getting a tremendous gift in a playoff berth if things bounce our way. Of course, three teams have to take care of business outside of the Silver and Black beating the Denver Broncos inside Mile High.

However, what will it take for the Raiders to make sure this is not just a flash pan season that is devoid of long term success? One of the younger teams in the league, the Raiders have an opportunity to be a solid AFC team for years to come.

There is a list of things to think of, so why not put a few of them together and make a list as we did when we were kids?

Here are three things on our wish list for the soon to be Las Vegas Raiders moving forward.
