The Broncos have nothing to play for

One thing that makes a huge impact in NFL games is a teams motivation. With Week 17 having playoff indications, everything will be different for the Raiders, as they play their final regular season game as the Oakland Raiders.

Oakland is heading into the last week of the season with playoff hopes, coming off of a big division win, and facing a division rival. What could be more motivating than that?

‘On the other hand, the Broncos only motivation is to hold their division rival out of the playoffs. The Broncos are currently sitting at 6-9 as one of the least consistent teams in the NFL. The Broncos have looked better in the final quarter of the season than any other, but they have only beaten one team with a winning record in that time.

The Raiders have much more to play for in this game and should have a ton of confidence coming off a win against the Chargers, and knowing that they handled the Broncos earlier in the season.
