Damon Arnette. 91. player. 812. . Cornerback. Buckeyes

If Paul Guenther is still the defensive coordinator for the Raiders next year, Damon Arnette makes a lot of sense. Arnette is one of the best zone coverage cornerbacks in the country and would match up great opposite of Trayvon Mullen, who has shown himself to be a legitimate CB1 through his first season in the NFL.

Arnette is extremely versatile, being able to play outside corner and slot corner, something that the Raiders have shown interest in recently when bringing in corners. In addition, he comes from a winning program in Ohio State, something that this current regime covets when it comes to their draft picks.

Arnette is not physically intimidating, but his football IQ and skill set are enough to make him a viable option in round three for the Raiders who clearly need help in the secondary. With the production the team is getting from Mullen, and how young Daryl Worley is, this is a position group on the rise, and they still have to see what they are going to get from Isaiah Johnson moving forward.
