Three Stars

1. Hunter Renfrow

Providing the only touchdown in the game for the Raiders was the sure handed slot receiver rookie out of Clemson. Time and time again Derek Carr went to the rookie receiver, and for the most part he delivered.

His hands and ability to make plays after the catch were evident Sunday, and just as we called it earlier this week, Renfrow was a player to watch. With tight end Darren Waller, these two are for sure two names we will for sure be seeing in Las Vegas next season. With six catches for 102 yards and one touchdown, Renfrow continued were he led off after an impressive week 16.

2. Maxx Crosby

The rookie out of Eastern Michigan once again balled out for the Raiders, with 1.5 sacks Sunday. He not only finished the season as the Raiders leader in sacks, but also tackles for loss. Not bad for a fourth round pick.

Crosby’s continued pressure on the quarterback and in the backfield was on display once again this week, and although the Raiders did not get the win, Crosby showed the future is bright for the Raider defensive end. He got after Drew Lock all game long, and throughout his rookie season, rounded into one of the better first-year players in the game.

3. Darren Waller

All season long, star tight end Darren Waller was a difference maker for this Raiders offense, and he finished out his season in style on Sunday. Waller led the team with 107 receiving yards, including a 75-yarder with the Raiders with their backs against the wall early in the game.

For Waller, he has become a cornerstone for this offense, and should be headed towards his first Pro Bowl, as he is currently an alternate. He can block, make big plays in the passing game, and has become a team leader, and should play a huge role for this Raiders offense as they invade Sin City in 2020.
