Looking Ahead

The Oakland Raiders were eliminated from the playoffs before this game went final, as the Tennessee Titans took care of business against the Houston Texans on the road. Oakland had an opportunity early in the year to establish themselves as a playoff team, but could not overcome the four-game losing streak, despite a valiant effort in Week 16.

As they look towards 2020, there is a lot to be excited about, as they put together the best rookie class in the NFL this season. Guys like Johnathan Abram, Josh Jacobs, Trayvon Mullen, Clelin Ferrell, and Maxx Crosby are going to lead this franchise into a new era of Raiders football, as they will be known as the Las Vegas Raiders from here on out.

So there you have it, the 2019 regular season is over. For the Raiders, there were certainly some bright spots, but also some glaring holes in this roster that need to be addressed this offseason. Moving to a new city, you can be sure this staff is going to everything than can to put a winner on the field inside their brand new $2 billion stadium next Fall.
