9. Amari Cooper

As bad as the drops were, the production wasn’t. With 225 receptions, 3,183 receiving yards, and 19 touchdowns during his time in Oakland, Cooper ranks second, first, and second in those respective categories within the last decade. Not to mention, the former number four overall pick owns the franchise rookie records for receptions and receiving yards by wide margins, 39 and 299 respectively.

Adding to his resume, the wideout eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark twice in three full seasons with the Raiders and was a two-time pro bowler during that time frame. While he may not be popular among Raider Nation, there is no denying Cooper was one of the more productive players of the last 10 years.

Also, his value to the organization increases since they were able to get a first-round pick for him so, in a sense, the Alabama product is the gift that keeps on giving. With that pick, the Raiders selected strong safety Johnathan Abram from Mississippi State, who will be a cornerstone of their secondary for years to come.
