8. Darren McFadden

Injuries prevented Darren McFadden from maximizing his potential but he is still one of the Silver and Black’s most productive rushers. He ranks six all-time in rushing yards and is the franchise leader in the same category since 2010.

With so much production while only completing a full season with the Raiders once, the Arkansas product will always have the “what could have been” label attached to him. However, when he was right, he was a punishing runner for the Silver and Black.

The 2008 number four overall pick may not have lived up to the lofty expectations that came with his draft selection, but he is still an integral piece of Oakland’s history. Ironically, this marks back-to-back players who were selected fourth overall and would go on to play for the Cowboys.
