5. Marcel Reece

Unfortunately, Marcel Reece’s time with the Silver and Black didn’t result in a lot of victories. In seven seasons with the Raiders, the teams he played on accumulated 39 wins – an average of five and a half per year – and the organization never cracked the .500 mark. However, the fullback was one of the few bright spots.

Reece made the trip to Hawaii three consecutive years, 2012 to 2014, and was typically the only representative from the Raiders. Despite his position, he ranks fourth with 1,995 receiving yards since 2010 for the organization.

It’s a shame the former Washington Husky was released before he could experience a playoff game in 2016 because he clearly deserved to have that moment, but he will be recognized as one of the organization’s best fullbacks. You have to believe that Jon Gruden and his offense would have gotten a lot out of him if he played now.
