Jonathan Abram

Grade: N/A

Jonathan Abram‘s season only contained action in one game as it came to an abrupt end when he suffered a shoulder injury in the season opener.

When Abram did play in week one against the Denver Broncos he looked like a fearless defender, playing well against the run and helping the cornerbacks on the backend with help over the top. Heading into year two, a healthy Abram would pencil him into the team’s starting safety as they make the move to Las Vegas. His future in the league projects as a right one, but he still needs more reps for a full rookie season evaluation.

HBO’s series of Hard Knocks gave an in-depth look of many practices and off the field moments where Abram was highly featured. One thing for certain is that he’s a high-strung guy that is very aggressive regardless of it being a game or practice. The 2020 season should give a better telling story of Abram’s feature in the NFL.
