Mike Glennon
Usually, I would not pay too much attention to a backup quarterback, but with the quarterback situation in Oakland, this may be an important position. Mike Glennon is by no means a bad backup, but if the Raiders are seriously considering replacing Derek Carr, Mike Glennon has no place on this roster.
Whether Carr is the guy or not, I would expect the Raiders to bring in a young, dynamic QB to the roster to play behind Carr, or maybe even replace him. Glennon has nothing special about his game, and if Carr ever goes down, Glennon is not going to lead this team to many victories.
The 2019 season was definitely a step in the right direction for the Raiders franchise, but the expectations are going to be much bigger in their first season in Las Vegas. They once again have a lot of draft capital, and a good salary cap number, so now we have to sit back and see what Mike Mayock can do once again this offseason.
