Although the Oakland Raiders made the playoffs only once in the 2010s, they have no shortage of talented offensive players.

The Oakland Raiders have not had a successful decade, making the playoffs just once. With that being said, the Raiders have had some great players in that time on the offensive side of the ball, and we take a look at their All-Decade  team in this piece.

The Raiders may have not won many games from 2010 to 2019, but they have had some great players that deserve to be celebrated. The team has had multiple pro bowlers, multiple all-pros, and have broken multiple records.

Of course, the best season of this decade was 2016, where the Raiders looked to be a real contender in the AFC before Derek Carr broke his leg. Since then, Carr has gone on to break multiple records wearing the Silver and Black, leading this franchise through some tough times.

With that said, let us start off with Carr, who is our selection as the decade’s starting quarterback.
