12. Las Vegas Raiders: WR CeeDee Lamb, Oklahoma

The Oakland Raiders are a few pieces away from having a really good offense. Darren Waller, Josh Jacobs, Hunter Renfrow, and Tyrell Williams have made some big plays over the past year, but quarterback Derek Carr hasn’t had a true number 1 Wide Receiver that can take the top off a defense, and at the same time catch a short pass and take it to the house.

Fill in Oklahoma’s CeeDee Lamb. Lamb’s blend of size and production as an outside receiver makes him the top wide receiver in the 2020 draft class. Some like Jerry Jeudy, but my issue with him in this Raiders offense is he doesn’t show the toughness that is needed to be a true number 1 threat.

On the other side, Lamb is a true number 1 who can physically beat defensive backs. The 6’2.5” 200-pound wide receiver has broken an absurd 25 tackles on 58 catches this season. He will fit right in opposite of Tyrell Williams, giving the Raiders a strong top-3, with Hunter Renfrow in the slot.
