Binjmen Victor, WR Ohio State

The Raiders will likely use one of their two first-round picks to address the hole at outside receiver, but with the depth of pass-catchers in this class, they could find another capable player on day three also.

Binjimen Victor has been one of the biggest standouts at the position during the shrine practices and could be a diamond in the rough come draft weekend.

Victor had some big highlight plays while in Columbus, but was never able to be a consistent playmaker. However, he has excellent size at 6’4 and knows how to his length to his advantage combined with nice body control. His wiry frame could cause concern when it comes to embracing the physicality of press-man coverage in the NFL, but Victor has the athleticism and physical tools to be a contributor at the next level

Reports from the shrine practices say Victor has shown great route running, which is become a stable at Ohio State under receiver coach Brian Hartline.
