What needs to change in 2020?

Looking at the Raiders quarterback situation, there is a lot that  needs to happen this offseason in terms of making the group better as a whole. Throughout his entire NFL career, Carr has really had nobody to push him in terms of being the starter, and the franchise may want to bring in some legitimate competition this offseason.

In  terms of Carr, he is a very good NFL quarterback, and has all the tools to be an elite player at the most important position in sports. In 2020, the Raiders brass has to do a good job of bringing in some solid talent at the wide receiver group, as he has the offensive line, running back, and tight ends to make this group one of the best in the AFC next season.

If the team can bring in a solid backup, whether it is with a draft pick, or one of the free agents available, it should make Carr even better in 2020. While many are clamoring for the team to bring in Tom Brady, or trade draft capital to bring in one of the top quarterbacks in this draft class, I just do not see it happening, as the Raiders will want to win now, and the players seem to be behind No. 4 moving forward.
