Foster Moreau

The next Raider on the list is tight end Foster Moreau who was the highest graded rookie at his position. This was not a great tight end rookie class but for Moreau was the 10th player selected at this position and that makes his grade all the more impressive.

Moreau’s raw numbers don’t jump off the page as he finished the season with 21 catches for 174 yards but five of those catches were for touchdowns. The former LSU Tiger quickly established himself as a red zone target for QB Derek Carr and the pair were developing a chemistry when it counted the most.

Unfortunately just like Josh Jacobs, Moreau’s season was cut short by injury and he missed the final three games with a torn ACL. Assuming he makes a full recovery from that injury, Moreau will likely see a larger role in the Raiders offense and will be a great building block for the future.

Grade: 70.6
