18. Miami Dolphins: Grant Delpit, S, LSU

With the loss of Minkah Fitzpatrick due to a trade during the 2019 NFL season, the Miami Dolphins have a massive hole to fill in the secondary. If Grant Delpit can stay healthy and consistently make tackles, he could be the best safety in the class, as he was a key on an undefeated LSU defense in 2019.

19. Las Vegas Raiders: Kenneth Murray, LB, Oklahoma

The Las Vegas Raiders have needed a solid linebacker for years, and they finally get one in Kenneth Murray. Although this is a weak class that may make Murray look better than he is, he can consistently make tackles and play decent coverage, something the other linebackers on the roster lack.

20. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU

After trading away Jalen Ramsey to the Los Angeles Rams during the 2019 season, the Jaguars still have some work to do on defense. This time, they add a player to help out their secondary with a CFB national champion in Kristian Fulton, who some believe is the top corner in this class.

21. Philadelphia Eagles: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson

It appears that the Philadelphia Eagles are making a complete rebuild of their wide receiver group, as neither Nelson Agholor or Alshon Jeffery seem like they will be back in 2020. Tee Higgins had a great season, as well as playoff, showing he has both size, speed, and physicality, and would be a perfect No. 1 wideout for Carson Wentz moving forward.

22. Buffalo Bills: Laviska Shenault Jr, WR, Colorado

The Buffalo Bills add a dynamic playmaker in Laviska Shenault Jr, a player who can break open a play at any moment, having great hands and the speed to make him a YAC machine. In his second season as the starter, Josh Allen looked very good at quarterback, making plays with his arm, and his legs, and Shenault would be another elite weapon at his disposal.
