Round 4 Pick 106: Maxx Crosby, DE, Eastern Michigan

Original Pick: Maxx Crosby, DE, Eastern Michigan

This was arguably the best pick of the entire draft, so there is no reason to change anything here. As a fourth-round pick, Maxx Crosby recorded 10 sacks as well as 47 tackles. Maxx Crosby was the Raiders’ best player on defense and has the potential to be an All-Pro defensive end in the future.

Of course, in a legitimate re-draft of the entire 2019 NFL Draft class, there is no way that Crosby falls to the Raiders all the way at No. 106. He is a guy this defensive line is going to be built around, and during his rookie season, he put the whole league on notice with his intense play, and ability to get after the quarterback.

In fact, Crosby finished only behind San Francisco 49ers edge rusher Nick Bosa in the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year votiing, which is incredible considering the expectations on Crosby heading into the season. He is a first round talent, and will be cornerstone for the Las Vegas Raiders defense.
