Kicker: Zane Gonzalez (Free Agent)

Daniel Carlson struggled heavily last season, and in a league where games are often decided by three points, the Raiders cannot afford missing kicks. Zane Gonzalez is set to hit the market this offseason. Gonzalez hit 31/35 field goals last year, making almost 89% of his field goals.

Punter: A.J. Cole

AJ Cole had an impressive rookie season last year and will no doubt be the punter for the Raiders in 2020. Cole punted the ball 67 times last year landing 33 within the 20, and after a season that saw such uneven play from Johnny Townsend the year before, Cole was one of the more pleasant surprises on special teams in 2019.

Long Snapper: Trent Sieg

Trent Sieg took over for Andrew DePaola during the 2018 NFL season and never looked back, earning the starting spot once again this summer. He is as reliable a long snapper as there is in  the NFL, and the Raiders appear to be set at this spot for the foreseeable future.

Next. The Las Vegas Raiders have an elite tight end trio from now into the future. dark

Of course, this is a lot of dominoes that have to fall in order for all of this to pan out, but this is as complete a starting lineup as there is for the Raiders this offseason. They won seven games with the roster they had last season, and if they can hit on a few of these big free agents, and once again win the draft, a ten-win season is possible in their first year in Sin City.
