The Las Vegas Raiders trade the 19th pick of the draft and the 91st pick of the draft (3rd round) to the Miami Dolphins for the 26th pick of the draft and the 39th pick of the draft (2nd round) in this mock. With a plethora of elite wide receiver talent in this draft class, the Raiders have the luxury of moving back a few spots, adding the fastest player available this April.

After trading back with the Dolphins, the Raiders are still able to get one of the top receivers in the draft, as well as adding a second-round pick, where they address another major need later on. The Raiders pass on CeeDee Lamb and Jerry Jeudy with the 12th pick with hopes of landing Henry Ruggs III here, and it works out.

Ruggs is the fastest receiver in the draft and will add speed that the Raiders offense currently lacks. Ruggs will bring explosiveness that could completely turn the offense around, bringing a true WR1 to the roster, moving Tyrell Williams to WR2, and keeping Hunter Renfrow in the slot. When you combine those three with tight end Darren Waller, that is all the ammunition Derek Carr, or whoever is at quarterback in 2020, needs.
