Maxx Crosby

‘Maxx Crosby the prospect’ wasn’t given much of a look as someone who could start in year one. In fact, he was given a 5.90 grade with expectations of being a backup and special teams contributor.

Crosby shattered those expectations as he rounded out his rookie season being one of the better value picks in the 2019 draft. Crosby recorded 47 tackles, 10 sacks, 16 tackles for loss, four passes defended, and four forced fumbles. For his efforts, he was a finalist for the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year award.

The second-year player has already gotten started on his quest to be better in 2020, keeping in contact with Mike Mayock nearly every day, and updating him on his progress. This is a kid who is going to be a star in Las Vegas, and will be a cornerstone player for this defense for years to come.
