The Raiders defensive line improved greatly last season, and although it got a lot better, it still has a lot of work to do. Anfernee Jennings seems like the type of player Mayock would draft, and he does so here with pick No. 91.

Jennings is a player who played four seasons at a premier program like Alabama, a known winner, and a lot of upside. He would be a good candidate for the Raiders to add a solid pass rushers midway through the draft, much like they did last year with Maxx Crosby.

The expectation is Ferrell is going to be better in Year 2, as he won’t be asked to play out of position, and he also had to deal with a sickness in 2019. Crosby was freakishly good as a rookie, and if he can rack up double-digit sacks again, the Raiders will be fine off the edge.
