21. Philadelphia Eagles: Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU

The Philadelphia Eagles badly need help at wide receiver with the struggles of Nelson Agholor, and LSU’s Justin Jefferson has the potential to be the best wide receiver in this deep class. During his time with the Tigers, Jefferson proved himself to be quite the playmaker, coming up big in big spots, and for Carson Wentz, he would become his top target right away.

22. Minnesota Vikings: Laviska Shenault Jr., WR, Colorado

Another wide receiver off the board here, as the Minnesota Vikings need to strengthen the position after dealing Stefon Diggs away for the Buffalo Bills first round pick here among other things. Adam Thielen is a solid wide out, and the Vikings have a great tight end, so adding Laviska Shenault Jr., a tremendous wideout, and return man here makes Kirk Cousins‘ job a lot easier next season.

23. New England Patriots: Jordan Love, QB, Utah State

The New England Patriots will be without Tom Brady for the first time in 20 years this season, and they look to replace him here with the No. 23 overall pick. Jordan Love from Utah State has all the intangibles to be an elite quarterback at the NFL level, and in New England, he would get a chance to start right away.

24. New Orleans Saints: Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU

The New Orleans Saints have an all-around solid team, but wide receiver Michael Thomas could use some help within his position group. If Thomas is the main focus, Jalen Reagor from TCU could become a game-changer for the Saints offense, which recently inked future Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees to a brand-new two-year deal.
