Las Vegas Raiders: Top-10 free agents still available

Jameis Winston

Another former No. 1 overall pick finds himself without a job at the current moment, but this time, it is a guy who plays the most important position in sports. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were the big winners of the Tom Brady sweepstakes, leaving Jameis Winston the odd man out.

Winston has had major issues with turnovers, but recently had Lasik surgery, and that should help him distinguish which team to throw to in his next stop. Last season it reached a head with 30 interceptions despite throwing 33 touchdown passes and 5,109 yards, which led the NFL.

Two teams to keep an eye on who still have less than stellar options at quarterback are the Miami Dolphins and the Los Angeles Chargers, who are both in the market to draft a quarterback early in the 2020 NFL Draft. Both teams are expected to draft quarterbacks but don’t be surprised to see one of them make a run at Winston.
