The Las Vegas Raiders offense was in the bottom half of the league in 2019 according to the standard measurements of total yards and total points. According to some more advanced statistics like DVOA, the Raiders offense was in the top-10 but far from elite.

Based on the eye test, it was clear that the Raiders offense could score points when the run game was effective and things were clicking but it was prone to stalling at times, particularly against good defenses.
