Grading the Las Vegas Raiders additions on offense
Eric Kush, OL, Cleveland Browns
Eric Kush is another journeyman signing for the Las Vegas Raiders as this will be his fifth team since being selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Kush has bounced around the league as a replacement level offensive lineman and has been called upon to start by the Bears and Browns in recent years.
Kush has 19 starts in his career with 14 of them coming in the last two years, primary at the guard position.
The former Brown provides some veteran depth on the Raiders offensive line and his ability to play multiple positions on the interior line is a major asset in case of injury to Rodney Hudson, Richie Incognito, or Gabe Jackson. There is also the chance the Raiders move Jackson ahead of the season for some cap relief wherein Kush could move in to a larger role.
